Es ging ein Sämann aus zu säen seinen Samen,
und indem er säet, fiel etliches an den Weg
und ward vertreten,
und die Vögel unter dem Himmel fraßen's auf

Es hat dir jtzt, o liebster Hort,
beliebt bei uns dein LebensWort
und Samen wieder auszustreuen,
drum bitten wir, o Heiland,
tu auch diese Gnade noch hinzu
