About Ave Maria
Ramiro Real composed this SSAA setting of the Ave Maria, a sacred motet in Latin. The text, a traditional Marian antiphon, is familiar from the Angelic Salutation. Its simple yet profound words express the joy and wonder at Mary's blessedness. The composer's setting enhances the reverence of the prayer, offering a rich, blended sound suitable for liturgical use or concert performance. The devotional quality of the Ave Maria makes it a contemplative choice for a choir seeking to explore sacred choral repertoire.
