Nara Aja Anyi

"Nara Aja Anyi" is a deeply reverent Igbo hymn traditionally sung during the preparation of the gifts and the Consecration. Arranged by Charles Onwubuya, the piece captures the awe and humility of the choir and congregation as the bread and wine are brought to the altar. The title is a direct plea for God to accept our sacrifice, setting a tone of surrender and devotion that fits perfectly with the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
