Bless The Lord

This handwritten solfa sheet brings together three beloved chants from the Taizé Community, offering a wonderful resource for meditative prayer and quiet worship. The collection opens with "Bless the Lord," a gentle English refrain that invites the soul to praise God who leads us into life. It is followed by "Iedere Nacht Verlang Ik," a Dutch chant expressing a deep, yearning hunger for God's presence. Finally, the sheet concludes with "Nada Te Turbe" (Nothing Can Trouble), the famous prayer of St. Teresa of Avila, presented here with both its original Spanish text and its English translation.

Choirs often sing them during evening Benediction, Holy Hour, or as quiet Communion reflections.
