About Hodie completi sunt dies Pentecostes
This motet by Hans Leo Hassler captures the moment of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit appeared to the disciples in the form of fire. The text, in Latin, proclaims the fulfilment of Pentecost and the bestowal of spiritual gifts upon them.
