About Ecce Agnus qui occisus est
This motet is based on a text from the Book of Revelation, depicting the Lamb of God who was slain and has redeemed humanity. The text calls for all nations to come and adore, offering their harps and golden vials full of incense, to sing a new song. The choir is urged to proclaim with a loud voice that the Lamb is worthy to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory, and blessing.
