Andrea Rota's Domine secundum actum meum is a motet for six voices (SATTBB), sung in Latin. The text is a prayer for mercy and purification, stemming from the tradition of penitential psalms and responsories. The composer treats the plea for divine forgiveness with profound seriousness.
