"Wazobia" is a vibrant, multi-lingual thanksgiving anthem that beautifully captures the spirit of a unified Nigerian Catholic choir. The title itself is a famous blend of the word "come" in Yoruba (Wa), Hausa (Zo), and Igbo (Bia), and the song lives up to its name by weaving these languages—along with English and Pidgin—into a joyful call to worship. From the opening lines praising "Mungode Allah" and "Oshe Oluwa" to the energetic chorus inviting everyone to "Come let us kele Chineke," the piece is a non-stop celebration of God's goodness.

Composed by Nwankwo Cosmas Chinedu, this piece is perfectly suited for the Offertory procession or a grand Thanksgiving celebration. The final section features a classic Nigerian choral arrangement: while the lower voices hold a steady, rhythmic plea for God to accept their gifts ("Naronyinye mo biko nna naranu"), the sopranos soar above with a cascade of praises, singing "Adupe o," "Imela," and "Thank Sir."
