THIS IS MY BODY

"This Is My Body" is a deeply reverent Communion hymn that draws its lyrics straight from the Last Supper. Composed by Omaye Isaac, the piece centers entirely on the Words of Institution. When the choir sings the refrain, "This is my body given for you / This is my blood given for your freedom," it echoes the very heart of the Mass, making it a perfect meditation for the congregation as they process to receive the Eucharist.
