The first section, "Ọlọ́jọ́ Òní," is a Yoruba invocation calling upon the Lord of this day (Èdùmàrè) to hear the prayers of His people. The second, "Ose n'Erha," turns to Edo, addressing the Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—with a humble petition to look upon the gathered faithful and grant their requests.
