About Jesus Christ is risen today
This setting of the familiar Easter hymn text, Jesus Christ is risen today, is a jubilant SATB anthem celebrating the resurrection. The English words proclaim the joy of this day and the triumph of Christ over death, highlighting His role as the first-fruits of those who sleep. Gaul’s music follows the text’s exultant message, urging glad songs of praise to the risen Lord. The anthem culminates with a powerful affirmation of God’s unbreakable love, drawing from biblical passages that declare nothing can separate believers from Christ Jesus.
