About Benedictus (Song of Zechariah)
This setting of the Benedictus, the Song of Zechariah from the first chapter of the Gospel of Luke, is for double choir (SATB.SATB) in Latin. The text expresses profound gratitude for God's promised salvation, looking back to the covenant with Abraham and forward to the coming of the Messiah.
