All praise to you, O Lord

In this setting of a familiar hymn text, Tim Blickhan crafts a devotional anthem for SATB choir. The music reflects the lyrical content, moving from a sense of awe at Christ's power to a prayer for grace and ultimately to a hopeful vision of the heavenly marriage supper. Blickhan’s setting is characterised by its flowing melodic lines and rich harmonies, supporting the English text with clarity and devotion. The interplay between the voices effectively conveys the prayerful and exultant nature of the hymn, making it a stirring addition to any sacred music collection.
